  1. As long as your quit the job to take another job I can't see any reason the judge would object unless the court order was specific about where you worked.

  2. I would have waited until after I got the kids back, but now you will just have to wait for the judge's decision on that one.  He might think you were irresponsible and not capable of holding on to one job for a long time.

    Best of luck.

  3. No that is fine.  It shows that you are trying to better yourself.  As long as you didn't just quit the job and not get another one.  Goodluck

  4. I'm assuming that you will have started the new job by the time you get to court on Monday.

If so just explain why you did it, to better your economic situation.

If not you may have a problem.

Did you discuss this with your attorney before you quit? If so let him explain it all to the judge.

If you haven't started the new job and the judge has a problem with that, ask him if you can get a continuance until after you've started your new job. This is because he may want to call your employer for an evaluation of your performance and attendance.

    Good luck.

  5. it would depend why you were ordered to hold the job to show a commitment to your kids or to show you would not give up when times get hard  you should be OK but i would have checked with the courts before taking a new one most likely the only setback you may have is a continuance  of the order

  6. As long as you were not fired from your previous job, I would find no problem with this.
