I planned to enter the U.S for a marinelog's conference which held Sept. 16 & 17 in washington DC. I was denied a Visa last week, august 5. due to the fact that I am sponsoring myself for the trip.

I have talked to my CEO about it and the company is ready to sponsor me now. Please advise. When can I reapply. the conference is still next mth. I was denied august 5th. Can I still reapply before next mth?

  1. You can apply anytime you have the fee for a new application. If you can provide new information, you may be able to overcome the doubts the visa officer had the first time. There is no official waiting period before a second application is made.

Just don't bring the same evidence you had before as it has already been shown to be inadequate. The company's sponsorship is something new. That might help.
