I was denied entry to UK in 03 for no return ticket -?

I would like to get my masters in UK in the fall -

I would like to know if my entry refusal in 2003 will mean that I will be denied a student visa?

No but you may be questioned as to why you were denied so make sure you have a good reason for it. If applying for a student visa you need to remember that you need to address all the other requirements of the visa (eg proof of funds to finance your education, proof that you will return home etc).
