I was deported from canada, Can I immigrate under skilled class?

In my opinion for some time i shall remian inadmissible and then i have to apply through embassy and its immigration officer descretion to grant me visa or not.

if you were deported you don't have much chance of entering Canada again

No,If you were deported you are baned for life.Even if you became rich and famous,you still may never enter Canada.An immigration officer can not remove the inadmissible status.You would need to go to court and prove Canada needs you.So unless you discover the cure for cancer or do something incredible like win the The Noble Peace prize you mite as well forget it.
