  1. if you stopped swimming for a while, thats why. you just gotta keep swimming and you will get it back its just like breathing. hope i helped.

  2. Hey, right to start as you pull your arms towards your body from a streamlined positioned. Get your head out of the water and breathe (obviously haha)! Whilst you are doing this start the breaststroke kick, by pulling your legs up towards your body. Then put your head back in the water and stretch out in a streamlined position. Breathe out in the water. Whilst you are stretching your arms out kick so you are straight and streamlined, make sure you finish the kick for more power! Then do it again.

  3. ok...timing comes with the kick...definately...so push off the wall...stay streamline as soon as you find your body slowing you want a hard pull surface, breath, basically you want your kick to occur at the instant you are in a streamline postion....if you kick before your hands are streamline you will slow yourself down....remember you want smmoth strokes...not too choppy and if you have done it before than a little practice with emphasis on the kick and you should be good....good luck...email me with any questions....

  4. i suck at breaststroke...sorry!

  5. Drills. Try doing your breaststroke pull with a fly kick. This usually will help with timing.
