  8. its possible. the way the stomach contents came up could have caused some irritation or may have started to wear away at the lining of your throat. id say stick to neutral substances and try not to drink to the point of vomit until your sore throat has cleared up. there is a chance it is unrelated, but often the act of vomiting (whether from alcohol or not) can cause irritation in the throat that can last for a few days. if you start feeling other symptoms however, it may have nothing to do with the vomiting and you should take some medicine.
