  1. you can try febreezing the c**p out of it, arm and hammer. that sorta thing

  2. You can remove the trunk carpet. It is held in by velcro. Pull the backseats down from the inside. You will see the edge of the carpet from the trunk.

Just remove the carpet, take it to a self car wash place, pour soap or spray soap on it, pressure wash it, and let it sit in the sun all day so it can dry.

I've also heard that saturating the carpet with Listerine can remove almost any odor, including diesel.

If you can still smell the odor, you can pour some baking soda on it and simply wash it off or vacuum it.

If that doesn't do the trick, go to the store and buy some Goo Gone spray. It is made for removing tar, bugs, etc... The concentrated formula is known to be able to remove diesel odor.

  3. Your best bet is to take it to a Detail Shop and get them to do something with it. Better be quick about it also. If it sits too long, even the Detail shop can't do anything about it.

Oh, be sure to start looking for a new job.

  4. try and sponge up as much of it as you can. then i would try ind. strength degreaser. then follow up with a de-oderizer spray made for carpets.......then top it off with a nice tree fresher.=]
