I was fired for not having s*x with my clients, how can I file a complaint.

I am was working as a Escort where it is legal where I live and all Escorts have 2 pay for a yearly licence.

I worked for a escort agency for 7months.I was also the top girl with many call backs.

The problem is I never had intercourse with the clients. For only $300hr it is not worth a disease! and under the licence bylaw rules you are not allowed 2.

Yesterday I was fired cause a client said I would not have s*x with him and she just fired me without any notice.

What are my options and how should I report her?

BTW..Most guys want companionship and not cheap and meaning less s*x.

You'll want to connect with whatever agency provides the licenses.  I'm sure they have a standard complaint process, and that's the right place to start.

In the US, most states have at will employment; unless you have union protection, I don't think there is much you can do.

HA, I was about to say sexual harrasment was the answer, but your an escort, WHAT DO YOU DO FOR $300/hr?!!!

If you didn't want intercourse, you in the wrong business.  Be a bus driver, or a truck driver, they make 20/hr - 30/hr just driving...thats easy, but you doing 300/hr for what?

My suggestion would be to get with the local district attorney.  The DA may have an investigation going and want your help in a sting.

and see what they have to say about it sweetie

Or maybe you should just forget about it and go get another job

check with your local Department of labor, they should be able to help.
