I worked for more than 3 years and I told him to stop multiple times but to explain his behavior, he then slapped my butt in front of his wife and my 5 kids, climbed into my bed and told my fiance that he may have me now but he got to grab my "b***s" first and then told me my boyfriend couldn't have me because if anyone was intended to me, that wouls have to be me since I owe him so much for helping me with things throughout the years. After I told his wife (office manager) I was fired. Unemployment denied my benefits because I chose to work there for him under these circumstances. He has since asked me to return back to work but I am angrry that he did these things to me and only had to tell me that I didn't tell him enough that I was not liking his advances, What do I do?

  3. That is a sexual harassment lawsuit. Your employer is what is called a groper, and any sexual contact you find uncomfortable is deemed as such behavior. Not to mention, you also have many witnesses to aid your story. This is an obvious case of 'quid pro quo'. Literally meaning that they want favors in order for you to keep your job and it most certainly falls under sexual harassment. The human resources department of the work place are responsible for this sort of situation and judging by the what I have read, it should not take them long to see your side of the story. Also, if the wife does anything to you in retaliation, a lawsuit can be placed on her for discrimination.

  4. Wow and you just let him do all this **** to you? Wow maybe your flirting with him and are not even knowing it. Maybe you should look and see how your emotions are being interpreted through his eyes to make sure your not flirting with him in a way. But if you weren't doing that then you should talk to your boyfriend and ask him for help also you should file a sexual harassment claim with another attorney and try and sue him for what he's done to you. That's what I would do hun hope this helps...
