I was forced to resign and now have to fill out applications?

Question

on these applications they say "Have you ever been discharged or requested to resign from a position? " and explain... it was because i was not meeting my assistants standards and she was friends with my supervisor! i don't know what to reply.help

the truth works great...................

keep it simple, on point and do not "blame" others just state facts about what happened.

employers and former employers may release any truthful work related information. many as a matter of policy don't release information. the laws in every state now protect employers as long as the information they release is truthful.

Employers are limited by law as to what they can ask or answer.
