I was given a PalmONE

I was given a PalmONE Tungsten(TM)E in 2005. I registered it with you on 20th June 2005.I have changed my laptop and in the process lost the details behind the programme "PALM DESKTOP"I havs downloaded PALMONE QUICK INSTALL but this will not work without the other. In addition the box containing all thr data for my Tungsten has been lost or mislaid.CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE.Also my battery is not holding its charge.
