I was given a dell laptop with win 98,,is there any place i can buy acord to hook to high speed internet.?

i need a cord to hook up my dell laptop to the internet,also where would i find a internet travel star when i,m on the road.this laptop works fine i just need to be able to get online.i would like to get online with this laptop because i cant afford one.i am cripple and on disability.

Since you are disabled you can approach many recognised organisations   who can help or even provide you a current machine. So don't waste your efforts on a 98 machine, for  which there is almost NO support for wireless now. They may even assist you in getting the broadband subscription you would need to use it at home.
