i was pulled over by an officer for speeding he gave me a notcie to appear and i was just wondering whether i was going to have to pay an extra fine besides my ticket for going to court?

  1. A notice to appear means that you must appear in court on the date designated on your ticket, the judge will assess the amount of the fine and any other penalties the deem appropriate.~


  2. No, but if you are not denying the citation, just mail the payment in, the ticket should have an address or phone # you could call to get info, but don't be late mailing it in or just go pay at the court hse.
