I was given a replacement satelite receiver box but it only works through a scart connection?

when i try to receive sky through my roof top aerial i can not get it tuned in to the sky channel, i was told i need to change the frequency but how do i do this.It is a pace receiver box that i have, can anyone help me

you have to connect it to a disk

Are you trying to connect the dish inputs on the box to a roof aerial?  If so that is wrong - they have to be connected to a dish.

Or... are you trying to send the modulated output from the Sky box into your house coax network so that you can see the Sky channel from other TVs?

Please can you clarify what you are trying to do.
