I was given lobster cooked 4 days ago, still in shell. Is it safe to eat?

No way, sorry but shellfish in particular goes bad quickly. I wouldn't even eat it after 2 days.

if it smells good eat it, but eat it today

Not a good idea - unless it was flash-frozen immediately after cooking and you thawed it in the 'fridge in the vegetable crisper.

i wouldn't eat it....but if you do deide to here sre some things

that you could possibly experience:

Upset stomach

Abdominal cramps

Nausea and vomiting

Diarrhea

Fever

Dehydration

I don't know what would be worse. Eating a 4 day old lobster or eating the hospital food after they take you there from eating the 4 day old lobster.

Sorry i would toss it><  lobster goes south really fast and even if it was safe it wouldnt be very good
