I was going to get a PSP-2001 and found out that PSP-3000 was to be released in October. should I wait?

well I saw the news about Sony PSP-3000 with improved screen and a built-in microphone. is the difference between PSP Slim and PSP-3000 so great that I should consider waiting till october? it's just I want it very much, and if I buy it now, I don't want to regret my choice later... what would you advice?

i'm definately not buying the psp-3000. i just spent 100 bucks repairing my psp-2000. which was an idiotic thing to do, yes i know. but that was before the 3000 was officailly declared to come out. it doesnt matter. the PSP 2 is coming out at the end of '09. it wont be just another upgrade like the 2000 & 3000.

if i were you i would wait will oct because its only 2 months away, it will have better screen and built in mic and there are chances that psp slim price could also drop when the new and improved psp comes out. you could check more details on the link below

wait until the PSP- 3000 comes out and see what people have to say about it. and if you waited and people say there is not much of a difference, buy the Psp Slim because it will be cheaper by then.

if you have money, of course get it immediate! sell it of and upgrade later when you feel the PSP-3000 is better.

there is always new stuff come out, just buy when you like it.

I'm sourly going to wait. my PSp 2000 is okay but i feel like getting this new one all i want to know is when is it coming out in the US and does it have better graphics. any way I'm getting it i think i heard that it was $300.

Dude, I'm totally gonna wait! And I think you should too!  The PSP 3000 comes in silver and mint green and comes with National Treasure 2, Rachet and Clank: Size Matters and a really nice update that makes the system run faster!
