I was great on Soprano Sax but now Im ****?

I was awesome on Soprano Sax, my sound was strong and clear, but to play in the school band, I rented an Alto and havent played soprano for about 2 years. I finally found my soprano sax case covered in dust and I tried to play it, but I cant barely make a clean sound. Help!!! How do I get my tone back???

Well getting used to it again will help, but after sitting 2 years, it's likely you going to need some pads replaced, the worse thing you can do for a woodwind instrument is not play it. So take it to the tech and see where it stands...
