I was harassed by a guy that i had a crush on, what do i do?

It depends on the circumstances of the harassment.  If it happened at work, report it to your employer;  if it happened at school report it to the school authorities(your teachers can tell you who is the proper person).  If it happened at a public place like along a street or in a park your only recourse is civil which could be very expensive and unless you have witnesses is unlikely to be successful.  You are going to run into people who act like jerks without any way to pay them back for their unkind words or acts.  It part of life we may not like but must learn to live with.  I hope you realize they are just showing their stupidity.
