  1. If you have been looking for some great ideas, Here is the place you should have a look.http://car-insurance.online-tips.info/ca...

  2. You call their insurance company and make a statement over the phone.

  3. it depends on your state--in mine if you have no insurance YOU are automatically at fault( you shouldn't have been on the road to be hit in the first place) The other people can sue you for their damages

  4. You can either go to the insurance company that carries the insurance on the other car, and file a claim.   NOTE:  DO NOT let them convince you that your car has "minimal damage".  They are not professional body-en.  They are professional insurance adjusters.  It is their job to hand out as little money as possible.  Sometimes you can go straight to the body shop and have then file the claim for you, based upon their estimate.

  5. The suggestions above are correct. Here's my strong suggestion after theirs; buy insurance right now before your state grounds u with a payment of $200-300 every month for the next 2 years or so!!

  6. Normally if you have insurance then you would just contact your insurance company and they would sort it out.

Considering you do not have insurance, i would recommend contacting the other peoples insurance company, and go from there.
