I was in Ireland recently and heard a song on the raido twice...?

I'm absolutely sure it had "Katie" in it. But I can't exactly remember the words. I really want to say that it went something like, "Come home Katie." I would really love to find out who sings this song or where I can find the lyrics to it. I fell in love with it and am frantic to find out anything about it! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! :o)

I think it sounds like Katie by Mary Black (Mary and her sister Francis are very popular singers here in Ireland)

the chorus goes:

Come running home again Katie

Come running home again

Cross my heart and hope to die

Shall I cause another tear from your eye, Katie.

The mary black one is the most recent and popular but there is also an old song called "come down the mountain katie daly" which I heard played recently.  However, I would bet on the Mary black song.
