Ok so I was putting in my eye drops the other day and before I put in the other eye I check the road and noone was immediately in front of me, then some #$$$ sneaks in front of me while I am putting the drop in my eye, so I hit them from behind. So now they are saying it was my fault.

  1. This has to be  a joke, you were putting eye drops in while driving and hit the guy ahead of you and do not feel  your at fault. That is dumber than talking on the   phone while driving.

Just tell all of that to the  judge He will explain it to you in such a way that  you can   understand

  2. The car in the rear is almost always to be blames.

    forget the eye drops.

    Good Luck...

  3. Yes you hit the car so you are at fault. Out of all times you should not be messing with your eye drops dirving comes close to number 1. Save it for before or after driving.

    God bless and good luck

  4. You are to blame. Most definitely.

  5. Of course you're not to blame. Just tell the Judge you couldn't see where your car was headed because you were putting your eye drops in.  Who wouldn't understand?  While you're at it, you can tell him how safe a driver you are - explain to him that you've never had this problem before even though you always put makeup on while driving and talking on a cellphone.

  6. Of course not, the other driver should have seen in the rear view mirror that you were coming and just driven off the road!  I mean, the nerve of any other driver being on the road when you were there already!  I am sure if you tell the judge you posted the requisite notices, and made the announcement on the radio that you were going to be on the road that day he will immediately jail the other driver for at least a year!

Geez, next thing they will be telling you that you can't drink booze, and watch a portable tv while driving!

  7. You will ALWAYS be the blame if you rear ended someone.

  8. No problem. It is ok to put in eye drops while you're driving. There is really no problem with it, after all, who can blame you for doing something so important.

Seriously, that guy in front of you did not sneak in there -- you weren't watching. What you wrote is kinda like, "I was putting in my eye drops the other day and before I put in the other eye I check the road and no one was immediately in front of me, then while I am putting the drop in my eye someone pulled in front of me WHILE I WASN'T LOOKING...",.

You get no sympathy from me. Also, please stay out of my neighborhood.

Do not put in eye drops while you drive.

Do not eat while you drive.

Do not shave while you drive.

Do not read while you drive.

Do not puit on makeup while you drive.

Do not neck while you drive.

When you drive, put all your attention to driving.

  9. That's because it was your fault. You weren't paying attention.

  10. There is a time and a place for doing stuff...  Bathroom is the place for eye-drops.  If yuo run up the back of someone, you have failed to read the traffic conditions and are ALMOST INVARIABLY IN THE WRONG.

And if you had hit my car without good reason, I would have hit you.

  11. It will be your fault unless the owner of the forward vehicle willingly admits liability.

  12. it was if what you are stating is true, i am glad i don't drive on the same roads you do, putting in your eyedrops while you are driving is stupid, dumb, dangerous and idiotic........hope they sue you big time and you learn a hard lesson, what if a little kid had run out in the road ahead of your car or something, did you ever think of that, moron

  13. It's idiots like you that kill people everyday. How would you have felt if it was someone's kid on a bicycle?Too bad you didn't run off the road and head on a tree. That might have woke you up a bit.

  14. LOL you make me laugh  Yes you are at fault.

  15. You rear-ended the other car it's your fault, plain and simple.  It doesn't matter if you were in the middle of giving the Pope CPR in the back seat, you weren't watching where you were driving.  I know it's hard to hear... sorry.

  16. Umm .... sorry but it was your fault

  17. I couldn't imagine that you would be found at fault. putting eye drops in while driving is a perfectly good reason not to be blamed.
