happened on Balboablvd right after cossing Rinaldi believe is the city of northridge ? between an Avalanche and a chevy cobalt. between the hours of 6-6:30pm bumper to bumper traffic. cobalt was making a left into my lane and hit me. Any details !!!!!

You should also put an ad in the paper and offer a reward because I have seen this before and people will come when they see the money.

The money is given out only if the information leads to the arrest and or conviction.
