I was in a motorcycle accident .what can i expect.?

i was in a motorcycle accident sunday. i was going straight at about 35 and a woman failed to yield and turned left . i was in the intersection at the time and slammed on my brakes and swerved .. all that. i hit her in the passanger side in the back. it messed up the front of my bike. and bent the front forks. it also broke my tail lights and my back seat . i only had liability and no medical insurance. i went to the hospital and got checked out. they gave me pain meds and offered me a wheel chair. i said nuthin was broke and i walked in so i was goin to walk out. now im supposed to go back to the doc and cant afford it . im going to have to go to the army hospital this weekend. (im in the georgia army national guard). i have been out of work ever since the wreck. and i hurt. i hit my p***s on the gas tank and bent the tank. should i claim my sperm count as being low when talking to the insurance company? i am going to have it checked out either way.

should i contact a lawyer?
