  1. you can only fight in if it wasnt your fault. if you do fight it you need evidence. Police reports, account of what happened, witnesses etc. You should go on the people's court.


  2. go to court and prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you were not being inattentive. use the evidence of the particular case, which we don't know anything about.

  3. The question is:  were you being inattentive at the time you rearended a vehicle?   If so, then you should suck it up, pay the ticket, and learn from it.

    Operating any motor vehicle, especially a motorcycle, requires that you remain focused on the road and your surrounding traffic.   If your mind is elsewhere, then park it until you can FOCUS.

  4. Well if you hit them then you WERE being inattentive so theres no point of fighting because you will lose.  Rear ending someone is pretty much automatically your fault no matter what.

  5. Well....*were* you being inattentive?  If not, explain why the accident still happened.  If so, be an adult and take your lumps.
