I didnt have proof with me and he asked me to bring it to the courts. I was not cited. When I brought it to the court. They looked at me and said... "What do you want us to apply this to. You were not cited, so don't worry about it." I am not sure if I trust them. But there is nowhere else I can take it. I was also not the driver at fault.

  1. maybe try to rephrase this. its hard to understand the circumstances

  2. yeah, as long as you notified insurance and you have insurance on the vehicle is shouldn't be an issue.

  3. Since you were not cited, there was really no reason to have to take it to the courts in the first place.  As long as you inform your insurance company about the accident you have done your part.

  4. just as long as you notified your ins co about the accident i would not worry about it

  5. you got lucky

  6. If you were not cited then they have no record of it.  Don't worry about it.
