Because it's better than the chilean Pisco, that's why it's more expensive!!!!!

Sean John just gave you a very wrong answer. Chilean and Peruvian Pisco are about the same quality.  The reason is kind of logical. You have to pay taxes on export goods. Again, Peruvian pisco is great, Chilean pisco is great.
