Question:

I was interested in pledging Delta Sigma Theta graduate chapter, I ended undergrad with a 2.35 gpa.

However I have returned to school (not graduate, nursing) and have raise my GPA to a 2.65. Do I have a chance?

  1. If you school does not have a DST chapter it does not matter what GPA you have./


  2. Please go to the FAQ section of the national website.  It indicates that in order for you to qualify for membership in an Alumnae Chapter, you must have graduated with a Bachelor's degree with a GPA of 2.5.  

  3. If your nursing program is at a school that DST recognizes then your local chapter may use your current GPA or they may take a average of the two. You must have a minimum of a 2.5 to meet requirements for membership.
