do you think he should be trusted? I have heard of the horrors that go on there, decapitations and people who are polite..

  1. How well do you know this person? There are trustworthy and untrustworthy people all over the world. But if you question their trust; that means you have none for him.

    Ay, why don't you go and watch some MBL while your there the Blue Jays ain't all that bad. Besides its gotta be better than Quebec..... but that's only cause I have a bit of a grudge with the French (Quebec) Canadians, as for as the rest of the country ... I've never met a Canadian I didn't like.

  5. I am from Toronto & we are no different than the U.S when it comes to violence & the beheading was in Winnipeg,not Toronto.& that does not happen here everyday.

    we are polite, clean people & not killing each other every day

    if you do come I would find a place to stay but not with your new friend because you just don;t know where HE is from.

    I was in Canada last week.  There are a lot of people there but none of them are Canadians, believe me.

  9. This is great, I'm English and I was brought up to believe that Americans didn't have a sense of humour. I wish someone would invite me to Toronto, get me out of this dump for a while.

  10. Yes, be very careful..not too long ago, a mass murdering Canadian (using a chainsaw) came into the U.S., but thankfully was later deported.  Beware...

  11. i say go , i was invited up there once , not as many horrors as i thought , just some booze and fun partying , good fun

  14. They have thugs & many criminals in Toronto. My friend has not invited me there, so face North and wish her well, by yelling as loud as i can.

  15. Toronto is where I fell in love for the first time.  I met her in the bar at the Days Inn on Carlton.  Her name was Stella.  Turns out she was Belgian and on tap everywhere we went that week.  We were inseparable.  It's the city for liquid love.

  17. Well, I've not long come back from a visit to Toronto...and had a great time, meeting up with great people who made certain that we enjoyed our stay.
