I was involved in a car accident and my insurance cut a check to me for the repairs,?

But the insurance company of the guy who hit me contacted me and wants to fix my car what should I do??

Trust me, If you are  paid twice you will end up returning one check.  Just tell your insurance company what happened and they will straighten it out with the other company.

Tell them you're going through your insurance.  Because YOUR insurance is going to go back to the other guy's insurance anyway, to get their money back (and your deductible).  

If you take money from BOTH companies, your company will find out, and demand the money back.  You can't double dip.
