I was joined in a adult group and it shows my full name and phone number how do I delete this information?

You would have to go into the Group, then your Profile, then Edit (your info.).

you can also edit your profile per Y Messenger- clicking Messenger tab at top of IM box, scroll and click My Profile

you need to edit that out of your profile content- and also possibly your account info
