I was just arrested for Evading Arrest and Possession of Marijuana what kind of ruling will I get?

This is in Texas by the way.

I was just chillin at my friends pad smokin some bowls when we saw a cop outside. We freaked out and decided to go outside and check it out. I step outside and the cops rush us and tell us to have a seat. Since I was high as **** I decided to run. I didn't get far the pigs got me. When I was searched they found 12 grams of marijuana and a scale (they never asked about the scale, not even once during the arrest). They then had me write a statement saying that I had marijuana on me and that I ran when I saw the police because I was high and scared. No dealing charge was filed.

I was Charged with a Class B misdemeanor Possession of marijuana less than two ounces and Class B misdemeanor Evading arrest.

Once I got to jail I found out that the cops are keeping my cellphone as evidence and apparently they are obtaining a search warrent (sounds fishy to me). I spent some time in jail but I posted bond.

What type of punishment do you think the judge will give me?

If they dont find anything with the warrant, then I would say your cool. Youll probably get time on the shelf and credit for time served. Dont freak out and run next time!!! You get more for having a bowl than actually having weed.

Time son, lot's of time. Maybe some rehab.

Probably probation for 6 mos or a year.

If you are a minor, probably go to a program for a few months.
