I was just let go from this company from h**l and want to know what you all think

I was only there for a week and a half, as a temp to hire. All the support staffs are leaving at once and they have noone to support them, they are in process of hiring new employees.I was to take over the office managers position, I was totally unfamiliar with the firms procedures and policies. I was never given proper training, they basically threw me out there in hopes of me figuring things out by myself. The woman partner was brutal, she humiliated me in front of a coworker of mine, belittled me, I've heard that she's dont' this before to others, she told me tht i'm not suppose to delegate anywork to anyone without asking her first. I'm like why was I hired to be the office manager, if I have no rights. she put signs all the shredder stating that no one is to shred anything till she approve of it. she had to repeat something to me and i apologizes she walked away and said "psst" I said good morning to her, and she sneered at me and muttered goodmorning. The receptionist asked me for something and I had told her that she had to go to the woman lawyer and the recptionist begged me to ask and said that she didnt' want to. I feel awful, I feel like I was so abuse. opinions

At the rate there going they wont keep anyone if they do that.You did your best just the wrong place for you.Go out and try again and keep in mind there are not too many companies this way.There are good solid jobs out there and they will be willing to train you  and show you nicely what you have to do.So dont worry just walk on and chalk it up to experience a bad one lol good luck in the future.

Obviously, it's because of this nasty woman that no one wants to work there.  It's good you got out quickly!  There's a better job out there for you in a place where people WANT to work and do a good job.  That woman needs help.
