I'm pretty sure I'm going to take it, but it's Steve Smith (CAR) for Devin hester. I like Devin Hesters breakout candidate-ness (is that even a word?) but I just want to get some confirmation.

  1. Be careful. You don't know if the Bears can even get him the ball. And he's not as talented as Smith at WR. Look what happened to Dante Hall. He had 2 super great years and now he's not even on the map.

  2. OK look at this Devin Hester had 2 receiving TD's all last year. Steve smith had 7 TD's, now taking the amount of returns Devin  will probably have this will equal the touchdowns. But Steve smith has an amazing YAC(yards after catch) So his receiving yards will get you some points. Carolina has some fresh Qbs ready to throw for him with 2 QB's under 26. And the u know Devin wont be catching many TD's because Rex Grosman has been sucking since 2004 even in the Superbowl. My advice  DO  IT!!!!!!

  3. depending on what kind of league you're in, hester's kickoff and punt returns wont count unless you have the chicago DST. I would keep Smith only because most of hesters points wont coutn

  4. As good as Hester is, I'd keep Smith. (It all depends on your strength at KR and WR)

  5. What kind of league are you in when someone offers you Steve Smith for Devin Hester???

Even if you agree to this, I doubt the commissioner or the other managers in your league would ever allow this trade to go through unless there is some type of crazy scoring system that rewards major points for big plays or return yards/TDs.

By all means, try to get Smith.  But if you are somehow able to pull this off, I would question the integrity of the league if it is a standard scoring system.

  6. smith is better good luck
