  1. stop snowboarding!

  2. 5 hours is a pretty solid day...sometimes i'm spent after 3-4 hours especially if riding really hard or if its a big powder day..my rule of thumb is that if i'm feeling that tired then call it quits 'cause thats when bad wipeouts happen if you push when you shouldn't have

  3. I had the same problem, I went running too long on Friday and Saturday, if you feel really sore then that's going to last. You can try getting some energy drinks or coffee, but I don't suggest drinking it before you are about to sleep because that happened to me once and i couldn't go to sleep the whole night and the next morning i felt sick. So use some caution but the best thing would be either push on or rest. I would rest for maybe an hour and then drink some caffeine.

( you could also buy some caffeine supplies from the site below)

  4. only thing to fix you is a good nights sleep!!

  5. Well, you could use an energy drink. It will wake you up and there's also an herb called Ginseng that helps relax your muscles in it.

  6. Why do you need energy?  It's a great time to just relax after a good day on the slopes.  I like to watch a movie or read.

Try drinking some black tea, that'll give you a kick but not too much.  Food usually helps me, a banana or some other fruit.

  7. Sports drinks.  Don't drink things with caffeine in them afterwards, you'll just crash, unless you're one of those lucky few that don't.  And in that case, it usually isn't really worth it anyways.  Just drink lots of fluids, especially sports drinks and water.  And then pretty much eat whatever you can/want, but don't over-do it.  You don't want to feel sick.  And then try to take a warm bath or shower to loosen up, and then relax or go to bed.

  8. Drink lots of liquids (perferably sports drinks, NO caffine) and get plenty of rest. If you are planning on doing 5 hours on a regular basis I suggest you start working out. If you're in good shape 5 hours will be nothing.
