  1. this may sound crazy, but macs dont SUPPORT viruses, since they are mostly .exe, and macs wont run exe files


  2. You don't need anti-virus software for Macs.

    I've never heard any Mac owner--using anti-virus software or not using it--say that their Mac ever got a virus.

    I'd honestly trust Mac OS X far more than I'd trust Windows XP or Vista or any other version of Windows and especially for security.
