I was just wondering can fish see color like pink, red, green, blue etc?

At least some fish see and react to color. See Tinbergen's research with the stickleback where the fish not only reacted to red in other fish and to models of fish colored red, but also to a red mail truck that passed the tank every day.

Most fish that live in water where there is sufficient light to distinguish colors definitely see in color to some degree.  Whether or not they could see a difference in red and a dark pink is questionable, though.
