ok.... I'm english with european passport so anyone who has one or marries someone with one can live, work, study anywhere in europe also there are no fees for visa to most other country's with one, this sounds like something someone who loves europe would want.

I want to live and work in Australia/NZ so ain't there people out there who will marry for like a personal gain or a business venture. Think as africans and eastern europeans would but the UK for Oz is a fair deal as in economics and the people.

i work with a australian but don't want to ask him in case he thinks I'm coming on to him! Plus he hates it here in London so I can't talk him in to it lol.

  1. Even if you marry an Australian you still need to fulfill the visa requirements to live in Australia.

    Marriage is not the answer.

  2. australian immigration is very strict, what your suggesting could land you and anyone that marries you just to give you a visa in jail

immigration thouroughly check spouse visa's for fraud

there are thousands of people that are trying to immigrate leagally on the waiting list

  3. WOW you really are on the .. go to jail do not pass go... track.

What you are suggesting is wholly illegal and would land you and any other participants/associates of the scheme behind bars and eventually be sent back where you came from.

There are very strict rules with immigration going over past histories and heavens knows what else. I actually know a guy that legitimately  married an overseas girl he met on the internet with both visiting each other in the respective countries many times over the preceeding two years and a year after the marriage they still havent got her into the country.

I strongly suggest that you go through the proper immigration processes.

  4. Please stay there we already have enough people from overseas in our jails and we can't afford any more

  5. Believe me, the Australian immigration authorities have seen and heard it all and their requirements to prove the authenticity of a relationship are incredibly strict and exhaustive and will weed out any spurious applicants.

They say "You and your partner must show a mutual commitment to a shared life as husband and wife to the exclusion of all others. You and your partner must be living together or, if not, any separation must be only temporary. You must also have a genuine and continuing relationship with your partner."

See the page below for what they require as evidence of a genuine and continuing relationship and you'll see how difficult it would be:
