I was just wondering what kind of US Visa I need to do an Internship in the US?

I am doing my studies in Canada on a Study Permit. I am planning to apply for Internship in the USA and was nt sure which kind of visa should I be applying after I get an internship. For a Canadian citizen, it gets easier, which I am not.

It all depends on what visa the company wishes to sponsor you for. Usually internships are done on J1 or J3 visas but the company who is going to sponsor you will tell you which visa they are going to sponsor you for.
