I was looking for evee on pokemon pearl

is he at the mansion garden or in front of the mansion i checked both but cant find him plz help

1. OK after u beat the E4 u can find one in bebes house shell give it to 2. u save infront of the mansion master and answer yes and if he doesnt say evee turn off and try again

well you first have to talk to the mansion owner then he'll say somthing like "i went out to my garden and a eevee kissed me" or something like that then u go use honey in grass in garden i did it adn now i have 3 boxs full of eevee =]
