there's a surveyor coming round next week to value it with a view to my new remortgage, will he take any potential value of the new double glazing an d central heating in to account if I show him the confirnmation of the Grant, or will he value it as it stands? I am just this minute waiting for the joiner to start pulling out the windows. Thanks in advance. I feel that this may prejudice my new mortgage if he values low.

  2. I have no idea sweetie, but needed to say hello, and good for you!

I want to bite the eraser off the fecken pencil to my right, but so, as to not chat ( not a Q or an A  )

My Q is, are you planning on a guest bedroom?

Always a good idea! Don't you think?

Wish you well! Hope it all works out!

  3. A surveyors valuation has little to do with additions and most to do with current market, properties for sale and more importantly properties sold. At present surveyors are valuing causioustly so dont expect much from him, unless you have a fair degree of equity in your home you will be lucky to receive any funds from a remortgage .
