Call the court house and ask for certified copy of your marriage license. I think they are $5 each copy. Here is the address and phone #

Are you sure you weren't given one when you were married?  I can't imagine that they didn't give you a certificate - otherwise, how else would you prove you were married?

You'd need to contact the official who married you or the office that would have the registration of the marriage.
