  1. Read this link and see if the documents you previously submitted are what was needed. Have you registered your marriage with the Japanese Embassy? **


  2. depends on the reason of the denial.  If your status has not changed one bit, then there is no point in re-applying as it will have the same result.

  3. Were you trying to get immigration visa into Japan based on this marriage?  Unless you were missing required documents with your application, and told to resubmit, or whatever was underlying the reason for denial has changed, there is no point in reapplying.  You will just be denied again.

    BTW, do not attempt to immigrate into any other country now, either.  Once you are denied a visa by one country, it becomes more difficult to get a visa elsewhere.  This sounds like a case of suspected immigration fraud/marriage fraud, so your goose is cooked.
