  1. Tell him "See Ya!!!!!"

  2. some    people get married for a green card and some don't need  a green card when they get married. some marriages last a long time and some don't. It's sounds like you are being vindictive because your marriage did not work out. You may be prosecuted especially if you go to report him.the first thing they will tell /  ask you is that you knew it was an offense you committed. If you had no Idea  he wanted a green ,just suck it up and accept the marriage did not work out.. people divorce everyday. get over it.. you don't have proof he only married you for a green card and if you do have proof it means you were fully aware of what was going on.

  3. It was not right to do what you did, if the sole purpose was to get this green card, YOU have broken several laws, but if your marriage has been legitimate then why are you so sure that you have a right to do this to him, it is sheer vindictiveness, on your part, if he has a job and is contributing to this country, leave him alone, if he ever said that to you, he was probably being nasty, in an argument, do not behave the same way, it makes you as bad as him......and telling anyone that you knew of this, could get you jailed,

  4. NO WAY!

He can go back to where ever he came from for doing that to you!  That's sick!

  5. what do you mean "let him stay here" ?  hes already got his green card. it doesnt matter what you want. hes  here .  even if you could  affect his status, h**l just dissapear into the shadows. h**l be the 12,000,001st. illegal alien hiding in our country. great . nice job . couldnt you have found a man who is legally here already?

  6. No!

  7. Say, "Bye Bye, Buddy."

  8. uh NO.  that's what most of them do...get married to a legal citizen to get their green card and leave them.

  9. If you don't have kids - h**l NO!

  10. If you filed to remove his temporary status on his green card at the 2 year mark then it is too late to do anything about it. If he still has a temporary green card you can request through immigration that your affidavit of support be removed due to fraud on his part.

If they accept your request they will revoke his green card and you will no longer be financially responsible for him
