Now i'm right handed. I've heard being forced to swith hands can affect individuals mentally. What are some ways it can affect you?

  1. I had to switch hands when I was eight, because my right side was paralyzed in a car accident. I regained use of my right side, but my left side remains more fluid. I don't think it has adverse effects, but maybe forces both sides of your brain to work together.

  2. I heard that it can turn you g*y

  3. The same thing happened to my uncle.  Nothing's wrong with him.  He just writes left-handed and fishes right-handed.

  4. You may have been forced to change hands, but as a general rule the predominant hand will out. I used to have the pen forced into my right hand, but as soon as the  teacher turned her back I changed it back. I have exceptionally good writing left handed and crappy with my right, I can still do both. I use two pairs of scissors, 1 left handed the other right handed, I use them accordingly and don't have to turn my material round when I cut out clothes! Clever eh?

I live in a right handed world - I don't have to always accommodate it. It is up to us lefties to force the rest of the world to take notice - after all 10% of us are lefties.
