We went on a carnival cruise and I know exactly what you mean, I HAVE NEVER slept as well as I did for that week.  I did a little investigating and you can actually buy the carnival cruise mattresses at www.carnival.com or www.carnivalcruise.com.  I'm not sure what the website address is, but I know for sure that you can buy the heavenly mattresses on them!!!!
