I was on a long flight home and i got a head ache so i plugged my nose and tried to pop my ears.

when i got home i had a nose bleed but it stopped after an hour or so. For the past three days i have been snorting up blood from my nose. its not all the time but the majority of the time when i snort mucus from my nose out my mouth there will be blood in it. Anything to worry about?

Go to the doctors. Yuo should tell him because there might be something wrong.

Next time, chew gum on the flight, it will help regulate your ears. You probably just have a sore on your throat/nose from the nose bleed. If its just a small amnt of blood i would give it a couple days. if it continues, see a doc.
