I was on the Yahoo groups answer page and saw a question I could answer, but there was no way to do so. How?

I was on the Yahoo groups answer page, but there was no way to answer or ask a question! Anyone who can explain?

Try clicking "Refresh" to see if the page could have had issues with loading right.

Then for answering a question click on a question you want to know more about (there may be additional details).  Underneath that the section of the question and additional details is a button that says, "Answer this Question" (if the question is open to answers).

When you click on that button it will take you to a screen that shows two boxes.  The first box is for typing your answer in.  The second is for listing a source if you have to do additional research.

Then click on the button that says, "Preview".  It will then take you to a screen that shows you how things look.  If you are satisfied with it then click "Submit".

If you see that there is no feature for answering a question that means the question could have gone to a vote or it has already been resolved.

For asking a question go to the upper part of the left side of the Yahoo Answers screen and click on "Ask".  It will then allow you to be able to type your question.  Then click "Preview" and it will then allow you to choose a category to fit with your question.  Click the next "Preview" button to see how it looks and if satisfied click "Submit" and the question will get posted.

If that still doesn't work it means that there may be some odd behavior going on at the site.  The Yahoo Answers Team has asked that if we notice any odd behavior on the site to please post about it to the Suggestion Board.
