I was on the brith control pach 2yrs ago and i got off it and i never got my period back?

Question

i was on the brith cantrol pach and igot off it like 2 yrs ago and i never got my period back so i went back to the doctor and she put me back on brith cantrol but this time she put me on the yaz pill and i stop taking it its bein about a 1 yr an i'v not had a period about 1 yr and i told the doctor that i have not had a period so she chack me and put me on mads but i have not still not had a period.but the only time i bleed is when me and my boyfriend soon to be husbean have s*x i bleed why is that?and i told the dr that and she tells me that it takes time but i need to have it so i can ovulated so i can get pregnant i tell the dr this but she just looks at me funny i know iam only 18 but i so ready to be a mom so dose any one what to tell me

Are you seeing an obgyn?  You need to see a specialist. You should have a period unless there is something medically not quite right.   Bleeding after s*x is not normal either. You need a second opinion.

you really need to see a fertility specialist. this is not normal and your dr. just doesn't want you to have a baby. some dr.s are like that! try a new gyno.

well my doc . put me on some pill that makes u start ur period its not bcp but it worked i had gone along time with out my period and the doc said thats not healthy
