Not necessarily, I had a friend that was on the same thing and she didnt get her period for quite a few months and when she did it was just spotting.

It's certainly possible, since no method of birth control is guaranteed to be 100% effective.

It's also possible to miss a period. Two is less likely.

Take a home pregnancy test and find out for sure. After two months, the results will certainly be reliable.

Since you can get pregnant ON the shot, you can also get pregnant after getting off of it, or you could take years to get pregnant.

You can get pregnant any time you have s*x.

However, it can also take up to or over a year for you to get your periods back after getting off of depo provera.

Even if you are only on depo for three months your period may not return for a full year.  Take a test to be sure, but you are probably not pregnant

Its possible you could be pregnant. But you probably wont have a period for a while even getting off the depo shot. The depo stays in your system for about 3 more months after getting off. If your trying to get pregnant wait a full 5 months after getting off the depo so that you know for sure that your baby won't be defected. If your worried your pregnant then get a pregnancy test. If you are pregnant see a Doctor right away!

I was on the Depo shot for over a year, I lived two hours away from my doctor ... I missed my shot by a DAY, and got pregnant, so, anything is possible.  But, of course, you should go to a Dr. to get checked out.
