how much does braces cost ? and ones you get braces, do you have to adjusted it or anything like that, I was planning to go this summer to third world country to get my tooth fix, any idea?

If you called a third world country, how much can you expect to have a good dentist who can do a good job? How much can you save after plan ticket, hotel, food etc.... ?

Go to Mexico.  I had some really high-quality dental work done there (in Guadalajara).  It was cheaper than having it done in the US, even though I have dental insurance here in the US.

go to India is cheaper than Mexico, go to Mexico for taco tequila and cheap girls.

By time you pay travel expense ..It will cheaper getting it done where you are.....
